Return & Refund Policy

At KMSIGN, every neon sign, 3D channel letter, light box, and custom signage product is made to order based on your design, size, color, and installation requirements. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to review all order details carefully before confirming production.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after payment for a full refund.

Once production has started, materials have been prepared, or design files have been confirmed, the order can no longer be canceled free of charge. If cancellation is requested after production begins, a partial fee may be deducted based on the production progress and material costs.


Custom Products

All custom-made products, including:

  • Custom Neon Signs
  • 3D Channel Letters
  • Acrylic Signs
  • LED Light Boxes
  • Metal Signs
  • Business Logo Signs

are produced according to the customer’s approved artwork, dimensions, colors, and specifications.

Because these are personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections made by the customer
  • Color choices approved before production
  • Change of mind after production starts
  • Minor handmade characteristics that do not affect functionality
  • Installation issues caused by improper mounting or wiring

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • Repair support
  • Partial refund
  • Full replacement (depending on the issue)

Please do not discard the packaging before contacting us, as shipping carriers may require inspection evidence.


Shipping Damage

All packages are carefully packed before shipment. However, international shipping may occasionally result in damage during transit.

If shipping damage occurs, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Color & Brightness Disclaimer

LED neon signs and illuminated letters may appear slightly different in color or brightness depending on:

  • Screen settings
  • Camera exposure
  • Ambient lighting conditions
  • Viewing angle

Minor differences between website images and the final physical product are considered normal and are not considered defects.


Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct installation surface
  • Proper electrical connection
  • Suitable indoor or outdoor usage environment

Professional installation is recommended for large commercial signs and electrical signage systems.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
